The "general regs are posted on the DFO website. Only problem is there are so many in season changes every year, the general regs are pretty much useless. You have to find the in Fisheries Notices page and search your area and species there. The big problem with the Fisheries Notices is it's hard to find even when you know where it is. And yes they do make changes with a day's notice, you you need to be checking all the time.

Good luck
Wanted some specific boundary information, more than you find on the posted maps
Talked to a very nice DFO person who gave me the info and how to find it on this web site. Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations, 2007 (justice.gc.ca)
He told me this and other info is managed and posted by the DFO legal department.
It's no wonder DFO regs are so hard to understand.
