Hey Charlie, outstanding pics. After looking at those I now have the encouragement I needed to slide in under the tarp and check out how the Striper Sniper is doing and maybe put the charger on the batteries........ and make sure the Store Dry unit is operational. Hopefully our paths will cross in 2009. Hey Fog Ducker, I make 4 or 5 trips a year to the Nook, looking forward to hooking up. :D:D SS

Those are sweet pics i dont doubt you caught them or your fishing experience but tell me that first pic doesnt look photoshopped or altered! Not trying to stir the pot or stop you from posting pics but look at the edging on the tail, the dorsal fin shape, the lighting on the fish, the thing in the background that looks like its being weighed sticking out near the gills/tail base and what is scale hooked onto? If it was the far side the head would be bent and the tongue would rip. If im wrong i apologize but i really dont think i am. Dont get so offended im not questioning your 2008 route or your 150,000$ boat or springs you have caught. Just saying that pic looks pretty fishy and now that i epxplained why maybe you can see it to.

My thoughts too, when I first looked at it. Why is the scale only extended down 2" with a fish that size? Not doubting your experience, equipment or fishability, just that one photo does look odd. Looks like you had fantastic fishing up here.

Nice fish Charlie.
I also run out of Tacoma my boat is at Chinook Landing.
Here are some pic's of my boat and a 25 spring from Diplock.

Charlie .. you owe me a new heart, mine has been eaten. Nice pictures and thanks for sharing. GLG:)

Hey Felix, thanks for the good cheer and right back at you! I thought the electronics, etc... for the boat were expensive but you should of seen the look on the wife's face when I told her I was buying a new F350 diesel so I could pull the boat better, I now own that big hill on the way to Port Alberni!:D Gary at the Nook is a great guy and knows me well when I get there. I usually stay in the bunkhouse when we go so we get to also meet a lot of interesting guys. Given the $1.89 plus GST I had to pay for gas last year in Bella Bella I am sure looking forward the prices this year.... 7 and 12 miles are going to be a busy place for me this year. I am still kicking myself as I sent my Lowrance 38C back to Lowrance without marking down all of the Barkley Sound hot spots and the turds ended up sending me back a new unit, so.......... now I have to get out there and find all of my old spots again, darn! We didn't catch many big springs in Barkley in 2008 but man did we ever slay the halis! I printed off you kind instructions for posting pictures and I will work on that today as I have lots of shots of nice fish hanging from the Poett Nook scale as well as the one at Critter Cove. Porterhouse steaks on the Weber tonight and a few beverages in the plan..... :D:D SS (Maurice)

Good post FD

You can even make it simpler by simply moving your mouse over the picture in Photobucket, click the IMG Code to copy, then in your post, simply go where you want to put the picture, right click on the mouse and hit copy, you will see the IMG code for the picture. It does not show up as a picture until you either hit post or review.

Cheers

Hey Ken, I think that is what I did however, the titles that I put on the pictures in Photobucket do not come through so I guess you have to add those on the SFBC site... SS
