Final interior fitout begins prior to transfer. final shipping for last 2 electrical boards completing tomorrow. Should be assembled this weekend for final test and packing. Final electrical diagrams done next week.

im trying to have them add more space on the roof by extending it so i can cram more stuff on.

where do i even put my 3D LIDAR units and the 3 RFID positioning antennas for the dinghy autodock system and long range wifi. and these boats dont even have reversible winches with NMEA control. like wtf guys. get with the times.

They came out with some new electronics, so it was back to the drawing board to fit in some more screens.

actually yes. im on revision 3 of my electrical diagram and the zeus 3S came out so it goes on the boat to replace the original specced evo 3. haha.
but yeah most of the delay was caused by another boat in front of the Q which was a production not a custom one-off like mine and they had a labor shortage. delivery is now mid 2023 like june/july.

I spent part of the day trying to figure out why my transducers, FLIR, and SiriusXM aren’t talking to my Raymarine system. I thought my head hurt then. But now, yowsers!!! That’s quite a system

thats only actually about 25% of the completed system. once i take delivery of the boat i'll do the rest before i go transatlantic.
its difficult to stuff suitcases full of the stuff and take them on airplanes before it starts to look questionable. so ive ordered a bunch of stuff in europe as well.
