Missing toolbar

HELP!!!! My tool bar in Windows 7 has disappeared -- the one that accesses "file, view , etc" at the top of the page. Any suggestions?

Go to your settings and check toolbar properties?

right click where it used to be and check off menu bar

Well-- tried those... nada when I right click. Nothing that resembles menu bar.

Losing my "favorites' is a real pain as i have to google each site I want to visit.

Got it-- a little notice that said "remove full screen" It was buried behind the full screen mode
