So we are away in Europe, and it is our first trip not on our Motorcycle. (It died during the pandemic while in storage. Sad story)
So we were have been to a marine museum in Denmark. I will post up photos later.
Today we are in Amsterdam and went on a Canal Cruise with Captain Dave. We were supposed to be on the the Jonckvrouw, built in 1928, this lovely vessel once hosted Dutch royalty and government officials, and today, she’s ready to share her charm with you.

So before we were out cruising the canals Captain Dave had asked if any of us owned a boat. My wife said we do and so I had ot answer 20 questions,
During the tour, Captain Dave asked me if I would mind taking over the wheel , while he gave out some information and gave a bit of a talk .
View from the wheel

Wurst Officer at the Wheel

I ran the boat for maybe 10 minutes in total .
There are amazing float homes on the canals, all plumbed into City sewage, hydro, and water.
I managed to snap a picture of this one, when I was not the Wurst Officer

Captain Dave again has the wheel as we approach High School Students in about a dozen Paddle Boats , Yes they were all on their cell phones.

James Bond
The James Bond boat offers a full 360° canal view from its open front deck. Formerly a water taxi, now a showstopper. Cruise like a local, glide like a legend.
