Lost Kite and board - Nanaimo

A buddy of mine was kite-boarding off of Lantzville yesterday and due to some sort of emergency had to abandon his board and kite...last seen blowing towards Entrance Island.

On a whim one of the guys at work googled 'lost kite nanaimo' and found an add someone had posted yesterday about a kite found washed up on the beach. Pretty nice thing someone did...that rig would bring more than a grand on Craigslist.
