Lost anchor at Vimy

I left my 45# anchor at the Vimy pull out today(Sunday) - there's some bright shiny new Lucky's in store for anybody that can return it.

sunday was a bit of a wash, but Saturday was good to us.

There is a lot of pressure, around 10 boats out each day with us being the last boat out each day.

Just priced a new one out today for a buddies boat, apparently lead prices went up and a fifty pounder is around 160 dollars.

160$ wow! glad I poured 4 of them when i did my last pour

check out the wholesale price of lead before fuel cost, freightcost and any sort of labor to pour it. Last fall it hit $1.78 a pound. It's down from that now but on the rise back up. Not too cheap any longer and a good place to look for cheap lead is at garage sales. Old timers selling off cannon balls, etc.
