anyone know of anyone looking into land-based fish farms?

Howdy,
Likely will never happen. What would compell a fishfarmer to jack his operating overhead by 30 to 50% or more?
Said it before and I'll say it again: They'll simply pack-up and leave if forced to closed containment.
Hell, the commercial boys' would be able to compete with them again.
Imagine that.
