Pretty well the nicest spring I can remember for a long time and the boat is ready next weekend to hit the water....

Heading out in the morning to take advantage of the nice weather. Awesome spring so far.

I hope to get out during the week next week as well. Just spent 4 hours cleaning up my gal and I am ready and willing.

Going for prawns, crab, lingcod, and what have you. Gotta love this time of year.

Took two of my sons and my grandson out in the boat yesterday. What a fabulous way to get the little one a taste of what the ocean has to offer. Although it was just a shakedown trip getting ready for the year, we managed to catch and release quite a few cod and get a couple of keeper crabs. Looking forward to getting out regularly from now on. Sculpin, you are right! You really have to love this time of year!
