Is it normal to take 2 guys (really straining, 3 guys would be better) to pull out a 15.5' fiberglass K&C with 115 merc out of a parking spot? Shouldnt the trailer roll fairly easly????

The short answer, no.
Did you need the muscle to lift it at the tongue, in which case the boat is not set on the trailer properly, may have to move the front upright with the winch backwards, or move the axle forward.
If the muscle was needed to roll the trailer, then there is probably a problem in the bearings. How long was it sitting? You could try pumping grease into them but I wouldn't tow it without pulling the wheels/bearings off and inspecting.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like your bearings may be seized up. Jack up one side of the trailer and try spinning the wheel that is off the ground. You should be able to spin it easily with no grinding noises.
