Is the pub in Bamfield open?

My buddies and I are heading to Bamfield in a couple of weeks. Is the pub open for business?

It was closed last weekend when we were up there.

Whats the story? This is a major dilemma. Does anyone know if it will be re-opening?

I spoke to quite a few local residents while up there last weekend. No one knows for sure what's going on - the landlord is playing games. I can live without it, but it seems not everyone is of the same opinion. JUST GO FISHING - and by the way fishing was great. 7 mile was on fire - tons of Coho - some are getting up there in size but hard to get past them to get to the springs - but there were there as well. AND some good ones inside the sound as well at all the usual places.
