Thanks for the afternoon FA. I got my bait for the year now all bagged and in the freezer. Pretty good haul for 3-4 hours of fun. Beauty day out there.

How long will the bait be in the area "post spawn". Do they hang around? and do all the herring spawn together, or will their be schools that spawn later.

I am asking because I was unable to get out last weekend, but will be able the coming weekend of March 16th. I could use some bait, and I bet the kids would have a blast jigging some herring.

If it's too late, I will put it on the calender for next year. Thanks!
