They're NO FISHING ZONES... Introduced to help improve Rockfish stocks - Rockfish Consevation Areas.

I STRONGLY suggest that you go down the the Fisheries office in Hardy and pick up a guide that details them. They even have it available on cd.

Little bit of a silly question... You do have licenses, right?


In the regulations guide, it touches on RCA's and on where/how to get info for the area you're fishing. Maybe give that booklet a thourough read-over tonight.

I have researched but was just not familiar with the short reference is all, and I am familar with the restricted areas. Cheers!

When I was up, Fisheries had a boat and trailer that they yarded from someone @ the ramp... Don't know the details of it but it was</u> locked up in their yard. They're playing serious/for keeps.
