Anybody been hittin any off of Sooke or Jordan River? im going to be making the haul from duncan on saturday. Any recent reports or anything would be awesome.

Yes I agree...lots of wind and waves. We've been out west of JR, we've been lucky and caught some of it all (fish too<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>!)Just make sure your careful!! its still winter and a easterly gale(predicted Sat w/wind waves 4ft) will allow no choice but to beach it or go run with it to renfrew(fuel?)There is no place to hide.Friday sounds better but its too early to be sure.Stay closer to Sooke this early in season....Its a long way back in easterlies.The colder the temp the stronger the wind will be.<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>
