There is a spot that comes up to 150 feet just south east of Effingham. I have caught halis there before though I'd hardly suggest it's a hot spot. You aren't wasting your time there however. It's a pretty large hump that comes up, perhaps 2 k from Effingham. It would be worth a visit, especially at this time of year. It should be easily visible on your GPS.
all the hills will hold hali,, over the years with many hours and days spent on them.. some hold them, some hills only once in a while. i suggest trying them out. report back with hero pics!!
