Looking for recipes for curing salmon roe for bait, caviar and smoking.
Would prefer options that would allow for a longer window of use.
Is freezing an option?
My preference would be to vacuum pack for storage.
I can't get fishing for a couple of weeks, and I would like to serve some of the roe at Christmas and New Years.
