What's up at Neck Point and the boat ramp there (Charmaine?). I went to put in last night and they have closed it off by putting two large logs across the ramp. How long has it been like this? Does anyone know why? It's a great ramp for small boats as long as the wind is not blowing straight into the bay. I don't want to go downtown to launch (for a fee) when I'm just going to motor back to fish 800 yards from the closed ramp anyway.
