Comox Ramp

My Okanagan friend shares a boat with his son and they keep it in Comox Marina.
We took it to Esperanza and upon our return found out the launch was closed in Comox due to a festival of some sort we were unaware of. We left him there to stay at his son's house and fix a few boat/trailer things and launch today. Now it turns out ramp doesn't open till late Monday night.
His son is out of town.
Boat is too big for Kitty and he's alone.
Feeling badly we left him now.
Any ideas?

he can launch at Pacific Playgrounds. he’ll need a high tide to get out of the marina. union bay is a tire fire.

Use Pacific Playgrounds. Like Riverboy said, a higher tide helps, especially with going out the channel.

Anybody can use Pacific playground-if it is a big boat and you don't know the channel 6 ft is best-ramp is good on almost all tides.

He's going to wait for his son tomorrow so one can get the boat to its slip in Comox and one can drop the trailer at home. Thanks guys.
We should have stayed to come up with a plan yesterday.
