Problem I usually have is once I've gone through the hassle of cold smoking either, damn little makes it's way into the cans! [^]
Will be running a cold smoke for tuna (have a PILE of loins) as soon as the weather gets a tad chillier. Letcha know the how's and whatnot after that goes...
