canned smoked tuna

Just got a couple tins from a friend in Sooke last weekend. My god this stuff is amazing! Where can I buy it?! Ive never found it in a grocery store before! The product I had was under the label Ivan's.[]

It's not smoked at PNT unless they have something new. But PNT's canned tuna is great. St Jeans sells Smoked Canned Tuna.

You can make it yourself. Halibut turns out Deadly as well.
Problem I usually have is once I've gone through the hassle of cold smoking either, damn little makes it's way into the cans! [^]

Will be running a cold smoke for tuna (have a PILE of loins) as soon as the weather gets a tad chillier. Letcha know the how's and whatnot after that goes...
