Just like our own recreational fishing arena, there are lots of internal politics even in the environmental movement. The Sea Shepard society (Paul Watson) and Greenpeace regularly trade verbal pot shots with each other, just like what you see in this film clip (although the attribution of this film is not clear). I don't believe money to any environmental organisation, including Greenpeace, is wasted. It just depends on how radical you are and what policies and actions you feel you can support. At the end of the day, all this internal politics going on in the environmental movement, and within our own attempts at conservation and preservation of recreational fisheries is very sad. For as Abraham Lincoln said "A house divided against itself cannot stand".
