hull looks kinda roached to me…

If it’s structurally sound then some elbow grease could clean it up. If it’s not… I’ve seen a lot of crazy involved restorations from this forum! What’s your definition of “roached?” Hard to say exactly what’s going on (except that it’s dirty) from photos alone.

The motor alone might fetch $6000usd on the used market.
