Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

Dream boat, way out of my reach.
Yeah and really nicely rigged and presented for sale. It looks as nicely kept as a members commander, I think I would choose the 30 commander over the Lindell but everything is a trade off. Nice to see the price movement, it should sell after this weekend, the Seattle boat show will make her look cheap for the 1% of Americans at the new price.

Agreed; not many boats look like you could eat off the floor in the engine compartment.

The 30 Commander is a nice rig but the Ocean Roamer is absolutely beautiful

Two smaller CC options. Same approximate size and layout but one is aluminum from 1989 and one is glass from 2004.

Fifteen years is a huge age gap so I have to be missing something. Why is that Lifetimer listed (presumably valued) for $5k more than the Campion?

I believe that lifetimer was my first boat. Bought by my folks in 2000 for $6500 with a year old 50 yam 4 stroke. The hull was pretty well a throw in at the time.

I sold it in 2008 for $9500 with no noteable changes and a mid time motor. Then the motor had essentially no value, and the hull was what was paid for.

The aluminum hulls hold their value better than glass generally. In this case, it has appreciated (although not really relative to buying power and the repower cost). Lifetimer ain't the best local builder, but they are reasonably credible and generally liked by the local market.

Campions are not a highly sought hull. That model can be had fairly cheap with regularity. Not that there is anything specifically wrong with a campion, but they are a mid tier glass hull. They aint got a whaler type following. A 542 is probabaly their most popular design, amd a respected little boat.

I'd be hard pressed to pay 25k for that little boat. They are cheap to run and low maintenance (although the floors are wood). It will beat the shiit out of you in anything but real nice water, but nice summer weather is what most buy them for. We used to trailer it with a Ford Taurus and it fit in the garage. Makes them approachable.

Lifetimer has a newer main and no wood, looks like an aluminum floor. Looks like it might have hydraulic steering and new electrical. Campion has wood stingers and transom I think? Float an offer if one interests you

Hope the trailer is available at that price. Would likely sell quick at 199k wonder how it compares to boat show prices.
2012 28' Jaxoncraft Custom Hardtop $225k
Great boat, I know the original owner, and the second owner who is selling. Great platform to fish out of.
