Not on a private sale. How many times does a boat change hands in BC before the junk yard? Maybe 4 or 5? That's like 50% tax on the same damn boat (or POS used car). Anyway, not the place for such rants....They likely have gst?

That's the exact boat we want - or a 19'. Unfortunately redoing our front porch took a big chunk out of the boat fund.
