Don't know the story on that one but know the story on my own which is an '87. Feel free to PM me if you want to know what I would be looking out for, with the benefit of hindsight. I love my boat and still happy with my purchase, but I put a hell of a lot of money, time, and sweat into it to get it where it is.

The hulls have a deeper chine starting in 1990/91. Better ride and the water doesn’t rise up the sides of the boat. You can do research on Arima Owners forum lots of info there.
