Don't look at it. I had my F-I-L look at it for me and it was garbage. Moored/in water for 4 years, scuzz everywhere. 1cm thick barnacles on the entire hull., gearcase leaking oil. And the trailer is on another island where you have to float it / barge it back yourself. So you can't inspect it on land without purchase.
The seller said that someone had offered $9k for it sight unseen. And if it's any of you fine SFBC members, withdraw immediately
