My friend bought his 542 and ocean view trailer at same spot for more. Closed in the winter but nice spot in the summer, moorage is cheap but no power. Club house is rustic but super nice right on the water.

If I lived in Van and could airbnb out my place I’d buy it.

This vessel spent most of its life in the Great Lakes area and about 2 years in PNW before landing here in southeast in late fall of 2019.
