Yeah exact same. My buddy’s were done before he bought it and she flies. Scope to see if there is corrosion unless they have receipts from a reputable shop.Did the 200's have the issue the 225's did? Even with the higher hours that seems like a decent deal
Thought of you. Chance of transom needing to be redone but nice it isn’t sitting in the ocean. Could be a nice one.Interesting

Those 25’ sailfish are beasts, if that one is structurally sound, and those yami make it to 3000 hrs like they are capable ov it could be a good boat, but ….. plan a 60k repower down the roadBreakup coming soon lots of boats to look at
Nice to see some on the market that fit my interests
I agree with you
One must consider the job the boat must do as well and do I want resale value and cost of trailering or storage on coast it’s all a factor as is an American boat
I’ve got a few choices to consider the devil is in details but after a thorough shopping trip this spring it will get a bunch clearerI
Unless you're over 10.5'. Then you're dealing with a pilot car.nobody should get tripped up over the over width permit. It is insanely simple and you can purchase for extended lengths of time (day, month, year etc).
Yup under 10’ no big dealUnless you're over 10.5'. Then you're dealing with a pilot car.
Bashing the charter boys ????Sailfish are pretty versatile, having two beds. Adding a little more weather protection would be nice. If you have the big truck and want to be out in big water then they are a good choice. 2000 and newer are a little better but if the one in WA has never been a charter and well maintained it might be a good one.
I’m sure there are some who maintain them like their own but there is one charter for sale right now that looks like it has been beat hard. Listed for 100k+++. Any boat that has been repowered a couple of times has a lot of hours on it, and if money hasn’t gone into the hull then it shows. I saw a few older GW sitting at a lodge in 2022 that made me want to cry.Bashing the charter boys ????![]()
Smaller than today's 18'r. No beam to the old ones and that one has a non factory extension. 20 year old outboard.... Tough sellSeems decently priced? Almost a month old listing ..

I think it’s still a decent deal. The new 18’ hewescraft are stupid price but they were 30k a couple years ago.Smaller than today's 18'r. No beam to the old ones and that one has a non factory extension. 20 year old outboard.... Tough sell
Depending on the route, in mostYup under 10’ no big deal
I’m thinking you’re kind of a difficult guy to deal with !
Fine to have opinions but you’re bashing me for wanting a boat and doing my due diligence to find a boat that I want !
Takes the fun out of it !
Good grief Charlie Brown
