Lots of abandoned pod projects these days. It's a sad day when someone doesn't have the money to finish, but a sign of the times. Hopefully, they get good advice and sell them for the trailer value, and fair market value for something that needs tens of thousands in labour and parts. $1 for the hulls comes to mind.
This one sold already, seems to be in better shape than the one in deltaIf this Grew 245 listing is the same type, the length overall is 26' -- a bit more than the 18 you've got.

A quick Google confirms they were built in Ontario and used by the OPP.
Looks nice, just be mindful that there seems to be a white plate on the transom.Older campion 18.5. Looks clean and ready to fish!![]()

18.5ft Campion Explorer very well maintained. 2005 Yamaha Z150 TXRB - w/ 397 hrs. 2013 Yamaha T8 XPH High Thrust w/electric start & tilt Both motors serviced annually. 2016 Hook 7 Lowrance Fish Finder/Sounder/GPS Horizon Intrepid VHF AM/FM Radio Under seat storage port & starboard 2...www.usedvictoria.com
Also a hpdi. I wouldn't hurry....Looks nice, just be mindful that there seems to be a white plate on the transom.
Not my boat but Looks to be a 25” motor on a 20” transom likely using the plate to raise the motor to the correct height but being a 94 I wouldn’t hold my breath on it not having some moisture in that transom. There’s nice options out there for less money with newer power.Looks nice, just be mindful that there seems to be a white plate on the transom.
I believe that’s a member’s boat.I’d offer 30k on this campion first. Both have older mains with little value but the newer hull and kicker make this a little nicer https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1233083854073729/?mibextid=6ojiHh
100%. Been for sale for a minute or two. That main, although not worth a lot, has a lot of life left in it. I still say those are reliable and efficient motors.I’d offer 30k on this campion first. Might even be worth the 5k difference close to full asking price. When you pull back the curtains could be mint.I believe that’s a member’s boat.
I only posted it because it had the length of the 245 [I hadn't seen your post saying you put in for a larger slip -- how big?] -- it was already sold when posted. This one sold already, seems to be in better shape than the one in delta
Even their CC boats have nice lines to them.Good price for a sea Ray cc. Looks like it would be a rocket with 175hp
