Good deal for someone if the main checks Ok.

Watch out for this one. I looked at it last year when it was priced at $14,500 and walked away.

The owner seemed to accidentally disclose that he bought the main for cheap as the previous owner mentioned there was water in the oil.

The wiring was burnt up and there were some large deck holes (from old pedestals) that were plated over with aluminum.

Still worth a shot for the right price but don't skimp on the due diligence.
