Here is what a similar boat in Port Ludlow would cost in US funds less trailer. We know approx 1.5 multiplier to land it here after all taxes etc. From their version of Freedom Boat Club. Thunderbirds seems like a better deal plus it’s this side of the border.

This was my buddys boat. He had it up for sale for a while with a broker in Victoria for 60K. He eventually sold for around 50k to thunderbird, now they have it up for 100K lol. I always wondered how they came up with such absurd prices for their boats, now I know.

Interesting to know I’m surprised it didn’t sell at 60 is there anything wrong with the boat that your aware of? good engines reasonable hours whole boat looks well cared for and the inside station is a must for many people.

They're a boat for a niche group of buyers. He bought it about 5 years ago for $35k with about 400 hours on the yanmars. He had to spend a good $20k plus to bring it up to standards as the conversion was a bit of a hack job. He's got lots of cash so the thing was maintained with an open wallet. Just dont expect a boat like that with twin diesels to not cost thousands yearly in maintenance, that's the reason he sold it.
