this hull would seem to plane easily due to the built in hook in the hull, but how much speed and efficiencly is another question. Originally with 330 hp combined from both engines.

It depends on the amount of guns and ammo you want to carry and how patient you are getting to the fishing grounds. I took of 100lbs of lead off the boat last week, and hundreds of pounds of gear. If I'm fishing with my two kids under 50lbs vs 2-3 buddies over 200lb. The flybridge isn't light.

Did you see the photo I posted showing how much factory built-in hook (trim tab effect) these hulls have? Unless it was only certain years, the principle is to help the hulls plane easier.
