Few hrs of cleaning the boat might not be that bad, green scum grows quick in our lovely lower mainland,mind boggling how many boat are advertised for sale that are filthy

She was sitting outside on the west section at Reeds Point a couple of weeks ago. The pics are all from that area. Might be worth stopping by for a quick viewing.

I think you have priced it well. I would retake the pictures of the inside with everything removed rods and toolbox ect. Skip the wiring pictures as it looks a little jumbled but likely better than old boats. I would put 22 feet in the title. I would mention the trailer and if it has disc brakes or any recent maintenance. I’d also put it on Facebook marketplace and the Facebook bc boat sale groups. If you get out on the water take a video of it running. Some might try to get you down because the main is a two stroke but since you added a nice kicker and it is priced right don’t be bothered by that. If someone offers you 30k say sure no downriggers, puller or kicker. Good luck as soon as the weather warms up it will sell.

Yeah, you could do a lot to clean and pretty it up but it’s a 22 foot boat. Look on Craigslist vancouver and see what’s for sale in that range. Yes you will get some 90’s boats for under 30k, but lots of 18 footers for 50k. Two stroke is a draw back but, you won’t get a 22 foot LOA with a 4 stroke at that price. US listings with 4 strokes are 30kUSD and I’m sure he could write separate bills of sale to save a member on the JT tax donation. If he wanted to sell it this weekend 29,870 would sell her but I think he is leaving money on the table. Guys from BC are making offer on boats in NY, not getting call backs from WA and CA boats because the US market is still warm and others are posting on the hull truth. Supply and demand my realtor friend. Ray won’t bite but others will!
