Honda cowling looks quite a bit older than 2011.. I imagine these boats will last a lifetime? We are looking for something like this we can park on the nanaimo side and use to access some bare land we have on ruxton.

Not sure how great of a deal with 3k hours on the motor.

Gotta read earlier posts Stizzla,it was 272 hours.And I didn't buy it,I was too late.

2009 or older from my research. It is possible it will last a lifetime but depends on the welding, gauge and quality of aluminum, and how it is maintained. I’d sea trail it before thinking it’s a good boat for that, might not have the illustrious deep v

Seller states Honda records the model year when they sell it not manufacturer it. I believe Yamaha does this as well now.. not sure if this was the case back in 2011 though..

Mine each have the date of manufacture on it but you are right looking at their announcement and release schedules this past year it could be a 2011. Technology is from 1998, lots of guys still running that generation but there are benefits including the economy of the newer generation, which is now the old generation with new models shipping in 2022. At least it has fuel injection and 40amp alternator.

2470 posted in Nanaimo last night. Nice green layer on her. Reeks of quality maintenance..... if it's solid, would be a repower candidate. Rayvon? Might be more neglect than you'd like..... but it is a 2470, although the soft top.

looks like a great deal with that nice aluminum I-beam dual axle trailer included. Easily approach 10k of value in the trailer alone.

Not sure why everyone is so concerned about 2-stroke power either - they are fantastic performance wise, and very simple to maintain.

smoke won’t be an issue either since It’s got a 4 stroke kicker so nice clean and quiet while trolling.

If I did not have a good boat now I would buy that in heart beat, the ad is a bit funny , says well maintained, guess a scrub brush and some deck cleaner is not part of maintenance, if it’s solid still a good buy IMO, repower down the road is something to keep in mind
