Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

The Proline was for sale a few weeks back and when I called about it the owner said he was taking offers above asking and selling to the highest bidder because he had so much interest. I wasn't into that,so I passed. I guess his strategy didn't work out for him.
I think he added in the fishing gear? That was a long time, maybe it fell through after the survey, now he’s trying to sweeten the pot? I’d ask if there is a survey.

I ran those 135 mercs for 15 years with great success. Traded them in at 1500 hours or so. Those have 500

Plenty of unreliable merc ponies there.
Not unreliable just need all 12 injectors for the v6 cleaned every 300 hours. Carbon can build up into the direct injectors causing them to not be able to self clean. Shutdown of engine after a run or wot need 5-10 minutes cooldown before turning off.

You should also use 150:1 two stroke oil in the fuel to help keep the direct injectors from burning up. $700 for one of those a pop.

It’s priced right, 40k for a repower puts it at 72k, or 67ish if you sell them before one needs expensive repairs. Just plan the worst case and run them til you have to or want to replace them. Three friends bought 2000 mercs only one sold them, one had a 4K repair the others cratered all within 3 months, not 135’s. My brother had great luck with his 135 but that was over 5 years ago. I’m guessing 15 years is a sweet spot for most engines.
