Keep that thing smooth and youre laughing. when i got mine I epoxied some scratches in the gel coat. Entire hull is smoothed out. and it will continue to be that way. I wash it after every time out.

Back then it was that old sounder and look for seagulls diving into the water. Used to rake for herring too. ahh the good ol days!

Looks like the usual toe creep you have to do on my boat and any towable boat with a cabin. I’ve scrambled up there in a hurry for big halibut on the front rod!
It’s the long running compromise debate on interior space versus outside access. A large bow hatch doesn’t cut it in most cases. But for non fishing folks, they don’t seem to mind.
Who runs to the bow? The extra space provided with no walk around is a great trade off.

Self bailing look at the picture of the rear bench seat you can see the through hull to the bottom right of the seat.
I guess its kinda fun to pop out of the front hatch makes you feel like a kid everytime. I actually would like that campion has a nice arrangement and still towable for lighter vehicles.
