LMAOF.. GOOD ONE

Myself I use 2 single Gami hooks, RED anodized.
I have experienced the broken leader and hooks in the net as well. But they usually make it to the net before letting loose.
Just my personal experience but I do not like Treble's.
Always seem to give me grief if I am releasing the fish.
But that is just me!!
The reason the line is breaking between the hooks is because one is getting hooked in the net while the fish is still thrashing around. Unless you are using really light leaders, then there should be no problem with them while playing the fish.
Yes, occasionally the line will break and the fish will get away, but the stinger hook will get you more fish into the net in the long run.
Check the line between the hooks before you put it in the water. If there is a nick in it, then replace it with a fresh one.
One way for it to break is when playing a fish, the line runs through the hooks in the treble and gets pinched. I try and set it so this won't happen, but that is easier said than done.
Also, use at least 40# test line for your leaders.
