The ramp has a metal grate at the lower portion, it is pretty good for traction.
I would want at least 6' for my 24' Eaglecraft to retrieve, launching can be a bit lower
 
Heading up Thursday to Fish 8/1 thru 8/8 for that slot to go away and back up to 2 fish! (I hope lol)

Be safe and hoping to see the troops out. Fingers crossed for weather
 
You're lucky, wx forecast looks good, esp for the early morning bite before the afternoon westerlies build.
 
Day 1 and hit it good. Went out around sutil, went further around the corner and found our 2man limit on springs over 20. Couple bonus coho as well

Back at it tomorrow !
 
Back at again for day 3. Ran to Bremner and man the swells sucked

Paid off with slow and steady springs. Couple over 25 in the box and some bonus coho. Spotty action but saw some fish caught

What happened to day 2 report?
 
Did ok on the mainland side up near Pine Is.
Released a bunch of coho. Kept one 10 lber... lost a good sized spring.
Ton of sea otters out here. A couple humpbacks.
Nice day.
