Got out a little later today lines down around 830 or 9. Slept in thinking it would be easy limits through the day. Fished t10 and didn’t get a bite after 5 hours so. Current was horrendous was soaked, called it and went to see The Meg, equally as bad as the fishing lol the boy enjoyed it and the popcorn was good though, may try early tomorrow

Long day on the water 5 boated,4 lost .
Red and green flashers , pink squirts. Fished 50 and 70 feet . Was in anywhere from 200 to 359 feet of water. Fish were hitting here and there .
No limit , but still a fun day .

Great start to the day at Sandheads for Sox, switched to anchovies later in tighter and managed to rustle up a couple springs trolling t10 to NA, one a decent slab that was stolen by a big seal
Let go a couple larger wild cohos, and went home happy with coolers of sockeye

2 low teen springs at sand heads early this am, lost another,and released two unders. Medium anchovies and herring in glow/chrome/UV teasers on 6 foot leaders all worked, around 65 feet in 150. Two sockeye out in 400 feet. Nothing after 10, packed it in at noon.

Went out with my teenage daughter at 11-3 and only managed two to the boat and missed 1. Saw Reel Time boat a sockeye. Stopped to try to help, a couple of guys who's motor died, but couldn't. They called a for a jump start.

Sandheads 6:30-3 today, 8/12 sox 0/2 springs on sox gear. One double. Never found the big schools but bite was always there. Found both springs by dropping down to marks and getting pop offs and freight trains. When it gets slow, work you gear and check each mark.

Check your pulley might have a burr cutting the braid

Thanks for the tip. I’ll check that but I’m wondering if I’ve damaged the braid from it rubbing the swim platform when turning too hard or fighting currents cuz I know I’ve done that more than twice. Will definitely watch to avoid that in the future.

Got 6 sox and 1 white spring plus lost several others from 11 till 5. Mostly fished 75' at sand heads.

Fished from 7:30am to 12pm in the SA, landed 3 of the 7 fish in 250 ft to 350 ft of water, riggers were at 70 to 80 ft, water conditions were nice today compared to last Saturday. I didn't see any large schools of fish and we had to really work to get into bites. Low tide current was a pain so called we it quits at noon. It seems like the there isn't as many fish as 4 years ago around the same time, that's for sure.

I thought so too! the way @Rain City has been fishing lately, 32 sox in a day sounds reasonable!

Managed our limit today . 4 on red flashers.4 on green flashers.
Had more hits after I put my blue bike sweats on
Sandheads 7 of 8 out around 500 ft,50 to 60 ft deep

Went 5 for 6 on socks at Sandheads today. Fished 430 to 730. Found the fish in shallower north of the light. Also got a 18lb white while talking about calling it quits at 715. Caught fish on blue, green and red flashers....
