I know there are a lot of them out there, but found this one which is pretty good for instant info. It doesn't give any forecasts though.

The best place is to dial up the actual ocean bouy for the area you are fishing to get the full report of wind, temp, direction and wave heights plus the wave period. Try this:

Never leave the dock without it. Also have it on my iphone for quick look up while on the water.
