Ok til around 10 am, maybe a little tough to stay on the bottom from 10 thru 1 or so.
Constance is as good a spot as any. I wouldn't expect anyone to give you their personal favorites.
Wind forecast looks good.
Good luck...it has been really good at Constance lately! Good tides for the next week or so, then the IO Derby.
