Who pays the toll, truck or trailer?

Curious on where the bill goes when towing over the Port Mann, to the license plate on the truck (not mine) or the trailer (mine)?

I have a friend from Alberta that towed his mom and pa's trailer across the port man and his perants recieved the charge .The picture was of the back of the trailer and being from Alberta he wasn't required to have a front plate.Can a RCMP arrest you on warrant while out in the boat for unpaid parking fines and unpaid over due toll?

They don't arrest you. You just need to pay before you can renew your insurance.
