Spoons look great! Blanks sound like they are very durable not sure on the heat process but like the fact your pallet is chrome. Candy over chrome is next level. Love how they are hand painted and made or assembled in Canada.The hardware is also very good and overall spoon looks very SKOOKUM.
I like the name very catchy..
I am not going to get into a debate on here over knock offs. When it comes to spoons every manufacturer over time have always tried to come out with a better mouse trap.

I've got an assorted set coming, looking forward to giving them a go
I've bought and fish @Andrew P assortment of spoons and like, will buy again when needed,
When @IronNoggin was involved I bought and still have his original spoons,
I'll try a local product from a smaller company any day.

Keep us posted interested on how the paint holds up. You shouldn’t have a issue with the hardware. I Hooked up on a AP spoon a few years back and the split ring broke, so I gave it back 2 my buddy.

I try and support local 2 lol ..but my selection of spoons at the local building supply store only stocks Gibbs tackle.

It was the Nog's Needle. Quite an effective winter springs lure!
Sad your local just has Gibbs - Most of the small producers will ship for a very reasonable price

I do! I removed the hook so I could make a cat-proof Christmas tree ornament with it

I have a few early blanks that I painted but would love to see them back on the tackle store shelves.

I have a few early blanks that I painted but would love to see them back on the tackle store shelves.

The coho killer is a copy of an old spoon called the coho king.
I’d love to see someone do a recreation of a coho killer that’s a little stronger, has better paint and a decent hook.

I haven’t seen anything from Kingslayer Lures in a long time. They were manufactured in Washington State and made out of titanium. Fairly pricey from what I remember.

The smaller AP Tackle Spoons are the closest I have found to the Coho Killer... but a lot more durable !!
