Came back from there last week.It was definitely day to day.Sounder looked like it was a pink run about a mile off the east coast,but it was hard to get them to bite.
55ft seemed to be the magic depth.
I heard from a buddy up there they are still offshore more than normal and deeper? What do you boys that know the waters up there well, think? Just not stoppin to feed yet or is something up?
Water is pretty cold up there...I also heard they just aren't stopping to feed up there. They seem to be stopping our way but the diff in temp just between the Charlottes and Northern Van Island is surprisingly large (relative of course).
