Hi Folks ... A couple of notes:
Foreign language ads and Facebook posts. Through our hosting company we use a service called Cloudflare. They are a web infrastructure and security company that provides content delivery, DDoS protection, internet security, and performance optimization services to websites and applications like ours. Cloudflare has servers around the globe, and sometimes our IP address gets routed through part of Cloudflare's network that makes it appear we're originating from another country. Websites like Facebook may occasionally detect this and deliver content in that language if those ads are available. A couple of months ago I saw ads in Norwegian, but this lasted only a few minutes. Once I left and came back, ads were back to normal.
Uploaded images are rotated on their side. On July 16, we upgraded to the latest version of Xenforo, our hosting platform, and since then we've noticed this issue come up a number of times. Xenforo created a patch to fix this and it will be included in the next version of the software. I wasn't given a firm date on when this next version will be available, but given the past schedule of software updates, we should see this in a matter of weeks.
