With all the marine related thefts one would think they would be doubling the number of boats.

This should make those floating squatters happy. With the increase of usage of the inside waterways I can certainly see the need for some method of quick response. If small business' can afford a small dock space I don't se why VicPD can't. Perhaps cut back on the big SUV's and other totally unnecessary toys.
