"The Winch".....just another name for the new guy onboard when we go for Tuna

I like how they heave the concrete block over the side...had me cracking up pretty good. I will be thinking of that next time I'm waiting for 2lbs to reach half that distance.

...one thing I really couldn't get over was the clarity of the water where they were filming. I had my gopro underwater for our trip to Barkley in the blue water....it was clear under water but nothing like that! maybe I need to give the lense a thorough cleaning but that you tube vid was like being there..

another video....our last fish of the Tuna shootout, we put the GoPro on to film a sort of POV "how-to" for loining your Tuna catch. Look forward to any comments as we are just learning the ins and outs of this most excellent fishery. Enjoy!

I am taking something from your video. I will be adopting your top/dorsal cut on top and the bottom of the fish with the exception that I will not cut the bottom past the anus. I would preffer to leave the belly completly intact for some friends of mine are obsesed with the belly meat and I do not want to waist any. I will also do the cut behind the gills deep as you have done. Good video!!

Everybody had a healthy pile of shellfish bait, thats for sure!
