Just out of curiosity, will an EFI kicker idle at lower rpm’s than my carbureted T9.9 HT? My boat weighs just under 6,000 lbs full of fuel and I have trouble keeping my trolling speed at 2 mph or less when needed.

Biggest influence in my opinion is choosing an EFI motor over carbed.
