Torque Specifications- Help needed

Hey Guys,
Need some help with some torque specification
requirements on my Seastar instal , could someone please tell me from the attached what the torque in lbs for each of the nuts noted with astrixs (arrow) would be , please indicate the lb to the designated ITEM number, would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I don't know if it tells you in the instructions, but the two end caps #12 in yor picture have a certainty of seizing to the support rod and the steering shaft if you do not lubricate them liberallly with a very good quality marine grease. This is especially troublesome if they get covered in salt water when stopping and the wash covers them. Removing, cleaning and relubricating every couple of years will prevent this. Also put grease on the mounting bolts. Another thing to watch out for. When you tilt your engine, check for clearance between the engine mounting bolts and the steering cylinder. If they are touching the bolt heads will gouge the cylinder.
