Once again, nobody is responsible for their own actions any more......this society is all screwed up and it keeps getting worse and worse.

Part of the problem is these settlements just encourage the bottom feeders to try more and more of these. Meanwhile true criminals are being released due to it taking too much time for them to reach trial.

There needs to be a serious revamping of all justice systems and crap like this just gets tossed out. We need a new act, the "STUPID ACT", one that allows judges to see the stupidity in a case like this and toss it before it bogs down the courts.

Today I hurt my back pulling my crab trap, I guess I can sue the guy who sold it to me however I did use fish carcases so DFO is on the hook too. What a joke.
