In todays market for garage kept by someone who even uses an engine cover. You may get closer to 15K if it is located where it is easy to view.
If the interior is as nice as the exterior.

The interior is pristine-used about 5 times a year to go to Nootka overnight and hasn't been used in 3 years except for maintenace runs

Before seeing photos I figured around 12. Super clean, and nice accessories, so more possibly.

More desirable for the freshwater crowd though. I don’t think it will affect price much, just the market

I'll take the counterpoint on this one.

Firstly to state the obvious - its a clean boat with an EFI motor outboard. There was an identical one in Comox with a 2019 90hp Yamaha with just over 100hrs that was listed for $14k (sold now, final price unknown)

Anyway with a bow rider, this is a near shore / fair weather / lake boat. Value is going to be entirely dependent on whether the hull and transom are in good shape. Based on the comparable, older motor and assuming hull is in fantastic shape I'd list for $12k and be prepared to take closer to $10k. You are selling at the end of the summer

Dam that was a nice one, someone got a steal of a deal.

@spring fever does it include a ski pole? He just needs one buyer, and it’s a good Comox lake/family ski fishing boat. If in a hurry to sell 11,950. If not 13,950.

I’d list now before the fishing/ski days are done, and if the condo crash continues to weaken the B.C. real estate market.
